Eduard Deeke leaves the company

Having worked with his father for 16 years, Heinrich
Adolf Robert Jantzen (* 12.05.1932) becomes
partner of Jantzen & Deeke

Dr. N.H. Jantzen leaves the company, which is
now 100% owned by Heinrich A.R. Jantzen

1983
Jantzen & Deeke change their legal form to "GmbH"
(= German Ltd.) and open a branch office
"JANTZEN & DEEKE INC." in New York City's
Madison Avenue, run by Mr. Ken Ralli

Closing of the US branch

Kai Friedrich Jantzen (*30.03.1972), nephew of
Heinrich, joins Jantzen & Deeke GmbH

2000
Jantzen & Deeke celebrate their centenary in the
Atlantic Hotel / Hamburg. In the same year the
"Warenverein der Hamburger Börse e.V." has his
100 years jubilee

Kai F. Jantzen becomes partner of Jantzen & Deeke
and extends the company´s activities to new products
and markets

Heinrich A. R. Jantzen is resigning after 45 Years working successfully as CEO at Jantzen & Deeke
